HOOTSOTRAA Certified is a recognition program for individuals — not businesses — who demonstrate personal accountability, integrity, and a consistent pattern of conduct that aligns with the values and mission of HOOTSOTRAA CONSULTING & SERVICES LLC.
Where HOOTSOTRAA Approved recognizes organizations and businesses that serve people ethically, HOOTSOTRAA Certified is for the individual person who shows up — in their community, in their relationships, and in their daily actions — with the same standard we hold ourselves to.
HOOTSOTRAA Certified is not sold. It is not applied for. It is earned.
Who This Recognition Is For
HOOTSOTRAA Certified applies exclusively to individuals acting in a personal capacity, including:
- Community members who consistently step up for others without recognition or reward
- Advocates who navigate broken systems on behalf of people who can't do it alone
- Individuals who demonstrate accountability — owning their actions, correcting their mistakes
- People whose conduct reflects the belief that help should never have conditions

Recognition is granted solely at the discretion of HOOTSOTRAA CONSULTING & SERVICES LLC based on observed patterns of conduct over time.
How Certification Is Evaluated
HOOTSOTRAA does not evaluate based on social status, title, income, or affiliation. Certification is based solely on personal conduct. We look at:
Consistency — does this person show up the same way regardless of who is watching?
Accountability — do they own their actions and correct them when they fall short?
Community impact — does their presence make a real difference in other people's lives?
Alignment — does their conduct reflect the belief that help, dignity, and fairness are rights — not privileges?
How This Differs From HOOTSOTRAA Approved
HOOTSOTRAA Approved is for businesses and organizations. HOOTSOTRAA Certified is for individuals. They are two distinct recognition programs under the same mission.
Both are earned through conduct. Neither can be purchased. Both can be revoked.
